Hello everyone! New here and joining you from Hawai‘i. I’ve also worked in NYC, LA, SF, Tokyo, and Seoul. I left my corporate job 2 years ago, and after some time to myself realize I do love what I was hired to do, but want to play on my own terms.
I’m a strategist with a background in brand, organizational, and placemaking strategy. I help organizations recognize their pain points and realign with their goals through scenario planning and strategic restructuring. My approach is rooted in human-centered design and supported by skilled stakeholder facilitation.
Meditation is another area I’m passionate about. I’ve been practicing for +30 years and am starting to train leaders to help reduce stress and improve their performance.

WILL SUFFOLK GROW OR DECLINE?
With my community resilience hat on, I’ve been invited to join the University of Suffolk’s upcoming Spotlight Suffolk panel. I’ll be explaining why tackling poverty has to be a part of any conversation about whether the county’s future will know growth or decline.
As wicked a problem as poverty is, we can’t talk about progress without paying more than lip-service to the social justice issues economic inequity poses for all of us, not just those of us who are facing profound, long-term struggles to make ends meet.
Just because putting wrong things right is often hard, that isn’t an excuse to opt out of doing something about it.
The debate promises to be lively, & anyone attending will have the opportunity to pose a question to us on the panel.
Come along to have a say on the future of Suffolk, & let’s see if we can’t come up with some perspectives that might actually help ensure we have a region where every…

Best of luck with the panel, Rob!

Morning Everyone – I hope all are well and enjoying some welcome rain! I am looking for some support on making changes to our website (plutusconsgroup.com) and thought before going the usual route, would see if anybody is interested within TPC. It is a WordPress site built on Divi. Some training on making changes to the site would also be required. Please message me if you want to have a chat. Best John

Josie Proto – perhaps something you could help with?

Hi John Martin I can help with this! I am a website designer and I often send tutorial videos to my clients. If you are looking for a new website, I am also available for bigger projects such as that! In my professional opinion, wordpress is not the greatest platform for websites that need to be edited or updated frequently by users with less experience in the website world! I’ll shoot you a message.

Tom Daly posted in the group Based in the US
Good morning! My name is Tom Daly and while I was born in NYC (Manhattan!), I’ve been in Atlanta, GA for a long time. My ”personal brand” is that I turn big ships in small spaces toward a digital future. That reflects a career with big companies like UPS, ING, and The Coca-Cola Company.
I’m a tugboat. (You are the captain.)
It means I am not designed for the ”journey”. I’m neither equipped for, or interested in, fractional/interim gigs. The thing I’m most interested in is helping business leaders begin (or rescue) their transformation efforts. Just like a tugboat, my value is in specialized knowledge that can help captains like you avoid rocks and other hazards that create risk in the small, crowded spaces of ports and harbors.
After I do that, I disengage and leave it to you and your able crew.

Hi everyone! It was so lovely to meet some of you at last week’s networking event—and it’s inspired me to spruce up my profile and be a bit more active in here
I also wanted to share that I’m currently offering 10 self-employed people a free 60-minute coaching session, and I would love for some TPC members to grab a spot.
Particularly for creatives, I know the landscape is pretty tough out there, so this is me doing what I can to offer some support.
If you’re interested/know someone who might be, you can learn more over on my Substack (where I’ve been documenting The Freelance Downturn!): https://luciafontaina.substack.com/p/the-freelance-downturn-part-2-perspectives

Blanco Nino is hiring for an experienced Chief of Staff. Possibly someone who has done a similar role before. It’s a great opportunity, running some highly complex scaling initiatives, in addition to the ’core’ chief of staff responsibilities.
Blanco Niño is a fast-growing, award-winning premium Mexican food brand with a mission to accelerate the transition to regenerative agriculture. Founded in Ireland by Phil Martin, they currently produce a range of corn tortillas and tortilla chips using traditional cooking methods and premium ingredients. They have amazing momentum, with major distribution deals being signed at pace.

If you know someone who may be interested, they can apply via the online form.
