Hi everyone, I’m Jude. Former CMO at Sage/Newcastle Uni, now building a fractional portfolio in Fintech & Higher Ed. Based in Newcastle but working remotely. Keen to connect with other fractional leaders in the B2B tech space. Very nice to meet you

Hi everyone, I have secured my first fractional contract, I never had an agreement template as I have always been on the receiving end of one, but at this point I am the one initiating the process and stating the terms, can anyone give this a once over and tell me if it’s all in order of if I’ve missed anything? https://docs.google.com/document/d/1zAx3zKPO4MEsPuuXBVognuKrIuJVIdNQO6tU26cauaY/edit?usp=sharing
Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi everyone!
I’m Yehonatan, based in Barcelona.
Over the past years, I’ve worked in operations, project leadership, and execution-heavy roles — usually stepping into complex or early-stage situations where things are unclear, under-structured, or under pressure.
I’m currently exploring my next role and being thoughtful about where I invest my time, energy, and experience next.
My core specializations are operational leadership, project and program management, cross-functional coordination, and bringing clarity into chaos. I’m particularly strong at aligning tech and non-tech teams, setting working rhythms, building trust, and helping organizations move forward without unnecessary friction. I’m often brought in when things need to stabilize, scale, or simply start working better.
Most recently, I closed a long-term eco-entrepreneurship chapter I’d been building for several years (in addition to my role as team lead in a cybersecurity firm). It was a meaning…

Afternoon All. I’m looking for an advisor with specific reach into B2B SaaS, Marketplaces and UK Digital Staffing / Locum market.
A bit about us…
My co-founder and I have built an all-in-one payments and lending platform called Synapto. We are specifically for marketplace and SaaS businesses who handle a high volume of card payments and are looking for partner who can provide much better commercials to avoid the ”Stripe Tax”, whilst also allowing them to embed a suite of finance solutions that help their customers grow.
What we are looking for…
We are already live with ~10 SaaS platforms in the U.K. and are now looking to accelerate our GTM. We are looking for a commercially minded advisor who knows the C-Suite in these verticals to help us navigate the initial conversations.
Open to discussing a formal advisory stake for the right network access and strategic guidance. DM me if this is your world.

As per the attached picture, I am offering to coach an under-25 for 20 weeks in 2026.
My motivation is exclusively driven from the frustration of sitting on the sidelines.
Together we will get clear on what you want to do, plan it and deliver it. Whether that’s the MVP for you or for a product idea you have. I’ll challenge you and support you.
Best
Thomo
p.s. I look forward to meeting you and getting on with what needs to be done.

TPC f2f community get-together in Central London – late January / early February!!!
Hi folks. A few of you asked me at the recent TPC Festival if I was going to be organising any more f2f get-togethers in London in the coming weeks.
Anyways, after chatting to many of you at the festival and last week’s online networking call, the consensus view was to save it up for early 2026; eg. end of January or early February – too many other christmas parties and holiday season events to get through first. Good luck getting through all of those! And I’ll put out a poll for preferred dates in the New Year. Keep well! Matt.

Hi Luciana,
Happy to reviewed it. Here is my feedback. Overall, it looks great! Well done.

I hope it helps! Good luck with your new client.
