I’d be interested in hearing from people that have experience with EOS. I’m specifically interested in talking UK/Europe-based folks that have either a) gone through the process of certifying as an EOS Implementer or b) worked, as a client, with an EOS Implementer. I’m interested in learning more, but also hearing the pros/cons, if anyone has experiences to share. Thanks!

We introduced Rocks, L10 meetings, scorecards, and accountability charts. While I haven’t gone through certification myself, I can share what worked, what didn’t, and how the framework evolved with the team. Happy to connect if that’s helpful.
