The role
We are seeking a hands-on Sales Director to help us take the business to the next level. This results-oriented leader will be responsible for driving sales and building strong client relationships while also laying the groundwork for future team growth. As a doer who is passionate about delivering results, you will be instrumental in accelerating our growth and scaling our sales operations.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a similar B2B environment.
- Be comfortable taking a consultative solution-led sales approach as well as a product-led sales approach
- Be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for closing deals.
- Be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the wellbeing market and its current trends.
- Have a hands-on approach to sales and be comfortable making calls and driving revenue.
- Be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data-driven sales approach to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Personally drive sales and close deals to contribute directly to our growth.
- Cultivate strong relationships with prospects and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals.
- Analyse sales data and reports to identify trends and make informed decisions.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and develop sales representatives to prepare for future team growth.
Must haves
- 3+ years of experience in sales.
- Proven ability to close deals and exceed sales targets using a consultative solution-led sales approach.
- Hands-on approach to sales, with experience making calls and driving revenue.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales, with experience in utilising CRM and sales reporting tools.
Nice to have:
- Experience in sales leadership at a Director-level position.
- Experience selling in the wellbeing industry.
- Passion for Betterspace's mission and values.
- A track record of building and scaling sales teams.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Remuneration
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary (commensurate with experience), performance-based bonus, and equity options.- Base Salary - Between £50,000 and £80,000 depending upon experience
- Sales Bonus - Uncapped performance linked
