To lead the development of the course programme and content, leveraging the subject matter expertise of our GALLOS team and network, we are recruiting for a around 3 days per week senior consulting role to lead the project for an initial 6-8 months through to Pilot launch, with the potential for an extension.

Role – Senior Training & Pedagogical Consultant

As the Senior Training & Pedagogical Consultant at GALLOS Services, you will work closely with the Director of Services to take the existing DRAFT course outline and transform it into a market leading course and materials to be launched in 2024. • Develop Course Delivery Formats: based on the profile of likely attendees and their needs, as well as market best practice, utilise creative delivery formats to plan the delivery of the course, including both in-person on-site sessions and on-line delivery of modules.
  • Develop Course Materials. Working with our SMEs as required, develop first class course materials, including both hard copy and on-line collateral.  Include teaching notes and guidelines for the planned lecturers and guest speakers.
  • Selection of Course Speakers. Based on the course outline, work with the Director of Services to identify, select and engage speakers for each module of the course. Ensure they have the required teaching tools, guidelines, and materials in place.
  • Staffing of Course. Work with the Director of Services to identify and support the recruit of staffing requirements for the successful preparation for and delivery of the Course. Includes overseeing the launch of the Pilot course and adjusting requirements based on those learnings.
  • Digital Learning Platform. Work with the Director of Services to identify and select the most appropriate e-learning platform. Engage with the provider to then tailer the platform to the required GALLOS format, ready for launch.
  • Pilot Cohort Learnings: capture all feedback on the pilot course, make changes to the programme, and build improvements into the second cohort.
