About TPC
The Portfolio Collective (TPC) was set up by Ben Legg (former COO of Google Europe) in July 2020 with our COO Fiona Chorlton-Voong. Half of all professionals globally will become portfolio professionals by 2030 and they need support in understanding, launching, managing and growing successful portfolio careers.
We are now a global community of 9,000+ professionals, supported by a team of eight (+ 30 fractional community members) who are passionate about shaping the future of work. In our first three years, we have scaled rapidly, with key achievements including:
- Attracted over 300,000 unique visitors to our website
- Conducted 300+ events
- Launched multiple courses, programmes and masterclasses
- Generated 100% 5-star reviews on Trustpilot
- Supported an impressive client base in finding amazing fractional talent from within our community
We have raised £1.2 million to date from our members and partners, having closed multiple successful crowdfunding campaigns.
On the client side, the sales pipeline is currently growing incredibly fast, so we need to ensure that 1) we don’t let clients down, and 2) we build scalable teams, processes and tools to sustain this growth.
