Summary
TLDR is looking for a founding sales hire to manage our sponsorship sales process.
As our first sales hire and fourth employee, you will have a huge impact on our sales process and will start off personally managing our existing sponsors and sponsorship pipeline. Eventually you will be expected to grow and lead a sales team to help us scale.
This position is of critical importance to our company and compensation will scale quickly along with the responsibilities of the role.
Ideal Candidate Description
The ideal candidate will have ad sales experience on small teams, and ideally some degree of technical knowledge, as the majority of our sponsors are technical in nature (developer tools, B2B SaaS, fintech, etc.).
Some degree of management experience is also a big plus, as you will be expected to interface with and eventually manage sales operations and SDRs.
Experience with newsletter sales is a big plus!
