I’ve been lurking around for a few weeks so it’s probably time I introduce myself!
The work bit:
I’m a Fractional CX Director & Advisor and have started the journey of self-employment just a few months ago.
In essence, I help businesses find and fix their customer issues. I’ve spent the best part of the last two decades working in Customer Experience and also have the unique perspective of having been through the rollercoaster of a successful UK startup from launch to exit and beyond.
I’m known for my ability to create balance between delivering for the customer and delivering commercially – two goals that are often thought to be incompatible.

Shout out to Zia Rezvi.
Everyone has been most helpful and supportive during our TPC networking sessions, but I wanted to give a big shout out to Zia who went above and beyond and set up a meeting to share his expertise with me. Zia helped me understand how to use AI to help set up my website and used our discussion to craft an extremely detailed and insightful market research report, complete with a strategic plan to launch my company.
