Hi all,
I’m building an early stage UK fintech startup and am keen to find a fractional legal counsel who has experience working with startups at this stage.
Ideally someone who knows their way around:
– UK venture and startup setups
– Equity raises, including SEIS and Advance Assurance
– Cap tables, options, and the usual founder and IP housekeeping
– SeedLegals experience would be a bonus, but not a requirement
This would be ongoing, flexible support rather than a one off task.

Hi everyone — I’m Mark, and I’m glad to be here.
My background is in capital markets, working closely with asset managers on fund strategies and new-issue investment products, including IPOs and listed vehicles. I’ve spent much of my career helping bring investment strategies to market and engaging advisors and investors around product positioning and structure.
I’m now building a portfolio career focused on advisory work and selective projects connected to fund strategy, product development, and capital markets execution. Looking forward to learning from this community and connecting with others working across investing, advisory, and portfolio careers.

OK, wonderful TPC community I need some help with gaining some sponsorship for an up and coming racing driver.
My 21-year-old friend Ruben Stanislaus is aiming to become the first person of colour to win the Le Mans 24-hour race.
He has some options to race this year in this country and in Germany. Televised series that will lift his profile and of any brand that is associated with him.
He has a fantastic track record, has appeared in a BBC TV documentary and is even due to appear in a Hollywood blockbuster out next year. Loads more details on the attached PDF.
