Hi TPC Community,
I´m Sofia Papoutsi. I recently pivoted from corporate to building my own practice as a Transition coach. I’m currently preparing for the first episode of my new podcast, and I wanted to tap into the expertise of this community.
My work focuses on deconstructing the ”Empowerment” narrative. For years, women have been told to fix their confidence or executive presence. I call this The Shifted Responsibility: a phenomenon where the burden of systemic dysfunction is placed on the individual.
As portfolio professionals, many of us have stepped outside the traditional hierarchy because we saw the ”Integrity Glitch” firsthand. I’m looking for two voices for my opening episode to discuss:
– The Armor’s Cost: The toll of performing ”the empowered leader” in extractive systems.
– The Double Bind: Navigating the ”impossible task” of being assertive without being labeled aggressive.
If y…

Hi TPC friends 👋
I’m really excited to share a venture of mine and fellow TPC member Zarir 'Zed' Vakil – The Whistle to Work #podcast!
Created for those navigating or considering a portfolio career, the series dives into honest, insightful conversations with people who’ve transitioned to this way of working – many of them founders, mentors, or champions of the communities that make it all feel more possible.
It’s still early days (and yes, the video quality is a work in progress 🎥), but the conversations are gaining real momentum. Candid, curious, sometimes a little raw, and always designed to meet you wherever you are in your journey.
Here’s a glimpse of what’s out so far 👇
🎙️ Episode 1: Mike Richardson
A portfolio professional of 23 years, reflecting on his shift from a 20-year corporate career (including Shell International and the aerospace industry). A thoughtful conversation on navigating transitions, m…

Hey Mike Anderson who you calling raw! Seriously its been both fun and instructive doing these with Mike. Just a reminder that this is Episode 2 and that Episode 1 has some useful groundwork for Portfolio Professionals. Episode 2 has incredible insights from those who have been there, done it and now have successful businesses – notably having broken out of their early careers which a lot of us have done. Take a listen and let us know how we are doing!

– looking for experienced GEO optimizers to share experiences with Albion VC They are doing diligence on the Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) space and would love to connect with someone who has hands-on experience with the market dynamics and tooling landscape.
They’re specifically interested in perspectives on:
– how marketing teams are tackling GEO currently and what they actually need versus what is being built
– solving for GEO attribution
– what matters most to you as a potential GEO-tool buyer
Val, the lead on this project, is happy to reciprocate with insights from other diligence work.
If you’d like to have a 30-minute chat about this you can contact her on [email protected]

Hey since I am not seeing much activities here, let me kick start a conversation…I have an idea for a weekly newsletter which includes personal recommendation for 3 productivity apps maximum. Each item will include screenshots of the app, its key features and finally 3 reasons I personally use it.
The aim is to overcome the saturated content of many similar newsletter, focusing on personal experience and restricting to maximum 3 apps to ensure focus.
Any thoughts? Feedback? Would you subscribe ?
Thanks!

Hey everyone! I’m working on something I think could really help folks here who are hitting that revenue ceiling or riding the feast/famine rollercoaster.
I’ve built a quiz (takes 10-20 mins) that helps identify specific places in your coaching/mentoring/consulting business where AI could actually move the needle, whether that’s freeing up your time, smoothing out delivery, or breaking through capacity constraints. (This is not Score App – it’s a highly personalised report!)
Before I launch this publicly, I’m looking for a small group to test it out over the next few days and share honest feedback (5-10 mins written, or a quick 10-min call if you prefer). It’s completely free, and you’ll get personalised insights you can actually use.
Best fit: if you gather/deliver insights via interviews, analysis or reports.
Please note: This is not intended for other AI consultants – just those want to know how to best use AI in thei…
