Membership

What are the different types of Portfolio Collective memberships?

We’ve got three levels of membership:

  • Explorer – Free! Just sign up to unlock learning, events and a TPC profile.
  • Pioneer – £30/month for next-level support, discounts, exclusive events and access to our on-demand learning.
  • Founding Member – Reserved for those who’ve invested £10k+ or made a huge impact in our community.
How does the Pioneer membership work?

Think of it as a portfolio career supercharger.You get:

  • Unlimited access to our on-demand Catapult course and Branding Masterclass
  • 20% off live courses
  • Exclusive Pioneer-only events
  • Feedback on your profile
  • Deeper community access and partner perks

You can become a Pioneer Lite member for just £30/month.

Can I join the Catapult course or any of your masterclasses if I am a free member?

If you want to access our on-demand learning, you need to become a Pioneer member. 

But all our live courses can be booked by anyone! Pioneer members just benefit from a slightly discounted price. If you book a course as a Pioneer member, you just have to retain your membership for the duration of that programme, otherwise we’ll ask you to cover the difference.

Are all TPC events members-only or do you host events that are open to the public?

You need to join The Portfolio Collective to attend most of our events. The only one that’s open to anyone is our Intro to Portfolio Careers workshop

Many of our events are available with Explorer membership – which means you can enjoy our Community Networking, the Community Welcome Call and more for free. Our Collective Power Hour and TPC Breakfast Club are only available to our Pioneer members. Take a look at our Events page for a comprehensive list.

Account

Where do I find my account information?

That’s easy! Just click your profile image (top right) and head to:

  • “My memberships” – to view your subscription and payments
  • “Account settings” –  to manage your password, notifications and blocked users
Who do I get in touch with if I’m having issues with my account?

If you’re having any problems with your account, please reach out to us via email at team@portfolio-collective.com or via the chat function on the platform. We’ll do our best to fix your problem as soon as possible!

I haven’t received a confirmation email for my membership - what do I do?

You should receive an email shortly after you’ve purchased your membership subscription (or signed up for our free membership). If you don’t receive anything after a few days, reach out to us via email at team@portfolio-collective.com or via the chat function on the platform.

We suggest checking your spam settings to make sure any communications from us aren’t getting sent to the wrong place.

Payment

How does membership renewal work?

Your membership renews every month unless you cancel. Your card will be charged on the same day each month provided that your details are up-to-date.

Can I turn off automatic membership renewal/cancel my membership?

Absolutely – you can make any necessary changes to your membership subscription via the “My membership” section of your profile.

What payment methods are accepted for membership?

We accept most credit and debit cards, but please reach out to us via email at team@portfolio-collective.com, or via the chat function on the platform, if you encounter any problems.

What currencies are supported?

Payments are taken in GBP, but you can pay with a card in any of the currencies listed on this page.

How do I update my payment information?

That’s easy. Just log into your account and go to the “My memberships” page. From there, you can update your payment details.

Where can I access a receipt or invoice for my billing history?

All proof of payment and invoices can be found on the “My memberships” page of your profile.

Do you offer refunds?

Membership payments are non-refundable. But don’t worry, if you cancel your membership, you’ll still have access for the remainder of the period that you paid for. If you’re cancelling a Pioneer membership, you’ll automatically be switched onto our free Explorer tier.

What if my country isn’t on the list provided for contact information?

If you can’t find your country on the drop down list when you fill out your profile, just give us a shout and we’ll add it for you. In the meantime, simply leave it blank. It can always be updated later.

If you’re trying to pay and your country isn’t listed, that means we don’t currently take payments from your country. Send us an email or a message and we’ll do what we can to help.
