Calling all consultants, advisors and fractional leaders who are facing internal comms challenges or planning / implementing any kind of organisational change! Throughout July, I’m opening up my diary exclusively to the TPC community for a limited number of free, 30-minute conversations. These are confidential and under Chatham House Rules – a chance to use me as a sounding board, get a fresh perspective or talk through a tricky internal comms situation.
I’m making this room alongside my client work, and I’ll close the offer once it reaches capacity – so if this sounds useful, you can book directly here: https://calendly.com/nicola-lumen/discovery
If you’d like to check if it’s the right fit first, drop me a message here on the TPC platform (or email [email protected]).

a family business celebrating 25 years and the busiest winery in Temecula Valley, Southern California Wine Country https://www.visittemeculavalley.com/wine/ (nearly 60 wineries within 5 miles, having built 12 brand new ones in the 12 years we have lived here) and am having a blast getting spooled up … not least of all, it takes a lot of ”research” to judge the quality of our wines! 😊 Tough duty, but someone has to do it!
