Hi everyone 👋
I’m running a session on AI ethics for small businesses on Thursday 12th February at 2pm GMT and thought it might interest some folks here.
Between the scary headlines and vendor puff pieces, it’s hard to know what actually matters when you’re making decisions about AI adoption. This session focuses on practical frameworks rather than philosophical debates.
What we’ll cover:
* A whistle-stop tour through the key issues (environmental impact, bias, job displacement, copyright)
* Why ethics discussions often stall – and how to move them forward
* The business case for getting this right (including attrition risks)
* Practical frameworks your team can actually use
40 minutes of content, 20 minutes Q&A. Spaces are limited to keep it interactive.
I ran a version of this for the Drive network last year and the feedback was that people appreciated the balanced, pragmatic approach – it helped them figu…

TPC – Productivity Hackers Call
Every first Saturday of the month at 13:30 – 14:11
Link: https://meet.google.com/wra-dasa-oby
Many of us are juggling our own projects while handling lots of responsibilities, which can get stressful. Most of us have also found productivity practices that really help over time.
The goal of this meeting is simple: to share what works.
For the first session, we’ll keep it informal and open. In future meetings, one person can do a short 15–20 minute presentation, followed by smaller group sharing.

My company, The Transformation Guild, is about to release its 4th ”Adrift or Aligned? The State of Business Transformation” Wave Report. If you are interested in the full report, simply visit http://www.thetransformationguild.com.
In addition to making that free report available, I’ve attached a chart from the most recent Four Currents Wave report. (I have 4 others that I am happy to share if you message me; Understandably, this platform has a limit of 1 file upload.)
I encourage you to use them as you see fit to help you engage with stakeholders in any ”transformation” whether marketing, AI, or something else.
One suggestion is to upload the attached chart into your favorite AI tool and use this prompt: ”Suggest how I as a ’Change Agent’ can use this chart to influence my stakeholders.” Of course, use any prompt you think would be helpful.
I’d be curious to know what what suggested.

So cool to be in the Community Networking session this morning sharing a little about http://www.portfoliopeerforums.com which Zarir 'Zed' Vakil and I have been running for 2 years already. As a contrast and complement to your TPC membership, providing a true peer forum experience which is like a personal advisory board for you and your portfolio career journey. 🚨 I want to hear your story 🚨
Hey everyone – I’m Sammy, Content Manager here at TPC 👋
I’m looking to share more stories from our amazing community – the good, the bad and the ugly!
How a portfolio career has impacted your life, how you got here or what you’re planning to do in 2026, successes, failures, all of it! 🤩
I know you’re busy people, so this won’t take up a lot of your time – just a couple of lines of copy (which I can help with) and some photos of you 📷
We’ll be showcasing these across all of our marketing, to aid in your growth but to also be able to show off how unique our community really is.
Interested? Pop me an email with a couple of lines of your story – [email protected] 📩
Can’t wait to hear from you!

Next week, we are hosting a Founder Breakfast for 25+ founders and CEOs. The theme is ’How do you design, build and lead an organisation in a world of agentic AI?’
To mentally prepare, I created this podcast using NotebookLM. It could be interesting for anyone curious about the impact of AI on work (from the CEO’s perspective).
___________
In 2026, as we move from AI as a ”tool” to AI as a ”worker,” the traditional architecture of the firm is collapsing. The cost of intelligence will approach zero, and 70% of knowledge work will be automatable. How do you lead when your org chart has more digital workers than humans?
Using only reputable, well-researched sources, this podcast explores the coming move towards Agentic Workflows. We move past the hype to discuss the blueprint for building a resilient, AI-native organisation.

Seeking anti-portfolio career advice 🙃
After 6 years working independently (fractional roles, consulting projects, side-hustles), I’m looking to go back to full-time employment. Hoping the community can keep me in mind if anything below sounds like a match, but also thought it would be interesting to hear people’s thoughts in general on their portfolio vs FTE journey.
My Background: 9+ years across venture capital funds, accelerators, and professional services – building founder and executive programmes, membership communities, and post-investment support.
Why full-time: I’ve been fortunate to work across multiple organisations and build a strong network, but I’m ready for a team environment, more structure, professional development opportunities, and going deeper on one mission rather than across multiple clients/projects.
What I’m looking for:
– Ecosystem/Startup Partnerships roles (scaleups & big tech)
– P…
