I’m leading the upcoming Women in Aviation Summit 2025, a free, global virtual event running 17–19 September as part of our new Wings of Legacy Global Summit Series.
We’re spotlighting women changemakers in aviation, aerospace, defense, and humanitarian operations – with 25+ speakers confirmed including NATO’s WPS team, Airbus, and Boeing.
It’s been a huge learning curve bringing this together as a solo founder, and I’d love to connect with anyone here who has experience launching digital summits, building community, or securing brand partners. If you’ve got tips, tools, or just general encouragement, I’m all ears!

My name is Maria Barros. Although I studied languages and literature, I spent more than 20 years working in international business.
In 2022, I left my position as an international business manager to follow my real passion: languages and communication.

Hey all! Is anyone in the community experienced in growing an audience specifically for a podcast?
My podcast has nearly 100 quick-fire episodes on running a business as an unconventional founder. I have kept it going as a kind of passion-project over the years, but have never really had the time or the knowledge of how to grow the audience, so its going out to pretty tiny numbers.
The feedback I’ve had is great and I’m in a better position now to grow the audience and get it on front of more people. I’d love to chat to anyone knowledgeable in this area! Drop me a message if that sounds like you.

Anyone who has used landing pages to probe for market fit.
I’ve advertised two landing pages on linkedin and facebook (one each).
I’m just interested to know if I’m missing something or if I’m doing a reasonable job. Some advice would be very well received.
