When I first qualified as a coach, the best piece of advice I received was to “practice, practice, practice”. Now, as a coach trainer, I see the difference that watching other coaches in action, and gaining targeted feedback on your coaching can make to coaches’ development.
That’s why I’m launching some monthly Coaching Practice Pods – 90-minute sessions on Zoom, where coaches can:

**Calling out professionals that have worked in incentives, pay and reward roles!!**
I, together with my business partner Nadim Kapadia am in the process of building out an advisory/consultancy offering in the area of incentive design.
Our approach towards the consultancy is grounded in a more strategic / operational lens, with an emphasis on designing incentive schemes for how people actually behave, and avoiding the perverse outcomes poor incentive design often result in due to a lack of consideration for the behavioural aspect of incentive design (second order consequences, gaming, and symmetry chief among them).
Would love to speak with some seasoned practitioners in the space and seek to understand the expectations, type of value that is often delivered with such assignments, as we do not want to fall short in delivering tangible value to potential clients.
