Hi Community,
I’m on a mission to help build purpose-led, self-managed organizations where culture, leadership, and well-being thrive.
To kick this off, I’m launching a series of online events- panel discussions designed to spark awareness and share practical insights.
I’m currently looking for speakers with experience in any of these areas who would like to exchange knowledge in an engaging and impactful conversation.
If you feel called to share your perspective and inspire others, I’d love to connect.

Hello Maria, sorry to have spotted this so late. I wonder if my knowledge may be of use to you. I have worked and learnt directly from Buurtzorg and supported many organisations looking to implement self management. I worked on a 6 year project across four countries where we recorded the barriers and challenges in adopting the model of self management in the health and social care sector. If you have questions I would be very happy to have a call to see how I might support your conversations.

Dear TPC community, I’m setting up a new UK limited company and looking for an accountant to help with company setup, bookkeeping, and quarterly reporting. There won’t be any trading revenue for the first 12 months, but I’ll be using the company to apply for grants and build foundations for future operations. If you know of anyone, please let me know! Thanks!

👋 Hey everyone, I’m Mark.
I spent 20 years leading IT and operations teams in high-standards environments, building systems and teams that actually worked….. not just looked good on paper.
Over the past 9 months I’ve been running The No Bull Coach, helping newly promoted managers build confidence and clarity as leaders. That time has really sharpened my perspective on what makes teams tick and how to create the kind of trust and consistency that drives results.
I’m now exploring new opportunities to put both sides of that experience to use – whether that’s in a contract or permanent IT leadership role, or through fractional support for growing businesses that need a steady, people-first hand to guide their tech and teams.
Always happy to swap ideas, learn from others here, or chat about what makes leadership work in the real world.
Best/ Mark

Hi all,
My next Masterclass is coming up, this time it’s all about Burnout:
“5 Signs Your Team Is Heading for Burnout (But Still Hitting Targets)”. 6th of November, 5pm UK/BST.
A 30 minutes Masterclass, tailored to HR, L&D, and senior leaders (Directors, VPs, CxOs) and talent managers.
Why You Should Attend?
– Because your team looks like it’s thriving — but the energy feels brittle
– Because burnout doesn’t always show up as breakdown — sometimes it looks like overachievement
– Because you can’t afford to lose your top performers to silence, stress or slow resentment
– Because a high-performing culture should also be a healthy one
– Because leading well means knowing when to hit pause, not just push harder
Hope to see you there and let me know if you have any questions.

Great question, and thanks for triggering it.
What You’ll Learn:
1. The emotional cues leaders often miss when burnout is brewing
2. How “driven” can quietly become *drained* – and what to do about it
3. The myth of the unstoppable SLT (and how it’s costing your culture)
4. How to reset expectations without killing ambition
5. Tools to create sustainable drive – not burnout in disguise
It’s the quiet burnout – we don’t discuss what burno…

B2B SaaS Sales Enablement: Seeking Insights & Best Practices
Are you an experienced B2B SaaS sales leader, or ’Sales Enablement’ leader, e.g. Sales Strategy, Sales Ops, Sales Trainer?
We’re currently working with a global B2B SaaS FinTech company, that wants to seriously improve their sales enablement – org design, role design, induction, training, incentives, routines, collateral, CRM usage etc. Therefore, we’re keen to identify best practices and case studies that drive effectiveness and/ or efficiency in complex, long sales cycle B2B environments.
If you have recent experience working at or with B2B SaaS companies (or similar firms) that navigate long, complex sales cycles, Emelie Metscher and I would love to pick your brains.
If the client is intrigued by your insights, this may lead to paid consulting work.

Thanks Ben Legg for the callout! Happy to look into this. What are the timelines? I’m quite busy till Mid-December but let’s talk offline to see if we can fit a call that suits all. [email protected]

Hi Ben happy to chat ! I worked at Salesforce for 4 years and SaaS for the last 17 years before I started my own coaching/training consulting practice. You can email me at [email protected] 🙂

Hey Ben Salter Legg,
I’ve worked as a sales person for 20+ years. I’ve seen good training, bad training, US training, UK training, complex deal training, large account training… I have about 6 major well known sales training certifications. Most of my clients have been in credit reference agencies, data companies and in utilities and public sector, so sales cycles are 6mths to 2 years on average, slow and complex.
I’ve sold B2B and partnerships for major FTSE50 compa…
