I might be a bit late with this one but ”Entering China” is a pretty tough game to come out on top and not one to take lightly. I used to live/work in the PRC for 5 years til 2009 and it’s got a whole load tougher since Covid and other things. I know a couple of people who run pretty successful ”Setup business in China Consultancies” (or other Southeast Asia) who I’m sure would be willing to have a conversation. I’ve been lurking around for a few weeks so it’s probably time I introduce myself!
The work bit:
I’m a Fractional CX Director & Advisor and have started the journey of self-employment just a few months ago.
In essence, I help businesses find and fix their customer issues. I’ve spent the best part of the last two decades working in Customer Experience and also have the unique perspective of having been through the rollercoaster of a successful UK startup from launch to exit and beyond.
I’m known for my ability to create balance between delivering for the customer and delivering commercially – two goals that are often thought to be incompatible.
