Deployed a Government's Manual to Guide all Citizens Digital Services
Oversaw and was responsible for Gov.uk's Service Manual, a digital platform helping people across government build better services and prepare for service assessments.
Launched the new version of Service Manual, including the content migration and creation of the content management system (CMS).
