Creative mentoring/ Arts advocacy
As a 41 year old circus performer/dancer, I am a huge advocate for the arts and continuing our creative pursuits, something that often gets lost as we go through life. Circus and dance allows me to combine physical creative expression and I mentor others seeking to reconnect with their creativity.

Creative Careers Night 2020 at the Ashmolean
Designed, developed and delivered Oxford University's first Creative Careers Night at the Ashmolean Museum. Panel Talks, CV clinics, Guest Speakers, Music, and Interactive Careers sessions brought together in one night for the Oxford student, research, alumni and local community.
Transitions & Trauma: Perspectives on Sport & Mental Health
Kellogg College alum & past OURFC Blues captain John-Henry Carter will be joined by Annina Schmid who is Associate Professor at the Nuffield Department of Clinical Neurosciences and Lara Hayward who combines her consultancy practice in athlete welfare matters with her careers adviser role at Oxford.
