What I offer

Creating healthy high performing organisational culture
I design inaugural people-focussed strategies (culture, wellbeing, learning and development) across small and large matrix organisations (15,000 + staff), incorporating B Corp principles where companies are looking to certify. If you’d like more information on B Corp, do get in touch.

Helping people find work they love
I provide 1-2-1 and group coaching, workshop/event design and delivery, facilitation and bespoke one off career development sessions as a freelance executive coach. I am particularly interested in coaching outdoors and connecting clients with natural environment to support creative thinking.

Mentoring
I help small business owners develop ideas, shape learning offerings, prioritise challenges and move through blocks (via strategy development, planning/policy, culture, recruitment and legal/governance). My broad cross-sector network allows me to connect you with other brilliant minds who can help.

Bridging legal, governance and people strategy as a NED/Board Advisor
I have worked with a number of sports NGBs as an INED bringing specialist expertise in legal, governance and welfare matters alongside a purpose driven approach to people and culture.

Coaching others to better wellbeing
As a qualified fitness instructor, triathlon/swimming coach, old acrobat and wellbeing specialist (supporting elite athletes), I've developed holistic goal-focussed health and wellbeing plans to support others move towards greater wellbeing.
