My work involves creating healthy, sustainable and inclusive environments in the arts, sport and higher education sectors. I work with organisations in a consulting capacity and with individuals on a 1-2-1 basis, using holistic approaches that take into account the triple bottom line, whole-person wellbeing and B Corp frameworks to help make changes that are both radical and sustainable. Experienced lawyer and coach (sport, career and business).
What I offer
Career coaching and consultancy
I provide 1-2-1 and group coaching, consultancy, workshop/event design and delivery, facilitation and bespoke one off sessions for private clients and in my role at Oxford University. Please get in touch if you are navigating tough questions around your career and work.
Certified B Corps are businesses that balance purpose and profit. They are legally required to consider their impact on their workers, customers, suppliers, community, and the environment. If you’d like more information on B Corp, the BIA and the B Corp certification process, do get in touch.
As a 41 year old circus performer/dancer, I am a huge advocate for the arts and continuing our creative pursuits, something that often gets lost as we go through life. Circus and dance allows me to combine physical creative expression and I mentor others seeking to reconnect with their creativity.
Designed, developed and delivered Oxford University's first Creative Careers Night at the Ashmolean Museum. Panel Talks, CV clinics, Guest Speakers, Music, and Interactive Careers sessions brought together in one night for the Oxford student, research, alumni and local community.
