Working for yourself brings with it the freedom and flexibility to create your own path. This can be exciting and empowering, but at times it’s also overwhelming, uncertain and isolating. You can’t do it all on your own, all of the time, and that’s where I come in.
I design workshops to help teams pause and gain a new perspective on their ways of working using a blend of quiet reflection, group conversation and creative activities. I bring a coaching approach to facilitation, creating a space that is open, explorative and safe.

Co-creator and host of daily journaling sessions. A growing community of people around the world meeting every weekday to work on their mental health through journaling and reflection.
Co-founder and host of the Leapers Accountability Pod. The Pod is a friendly group of freelancers supporting each other to focus on getting our work done. We follow a weekly framework of sharing intentions, worries, wins and reflections through a mix of live sessions and asynchronous conversation.
