I produced a podcast in which I speak to people about their experiences in life, we recorded 50 episodes with people ranging from Chefs to Special Forces soldiers. Why? To explore their journey and understand the big decisions they made along the way, so the listener can plan their own path.

Army Officer

Army Officer

I spent seven years as an officer in the Army. Trained in leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst before serving all over the world, initially focusing on flying 'drones' to enable security in Afghanistan. Latterly training recruits and integrating 'joint fires'.

Optimising performance

Optimising performance

One of my greatest passions is physcial training and nutrition. Whether it's ageing well, getting stronger, running faster or riding bikes, it all fascinates me and I believe is key in maximising our potential as people, both personally and professionally. If you fancy a ride let me know!

Beyond work

Outside of work I spend as much time as I can outdoors, riding bikes, running and walking my dog Magnus the border collie.
