Responsible for all operations and innovation excellence, ensuring the successful delivery of a £20mil a year portfolio of Ministry of Defence wide technology projects. Led on operating model, recruitment, onboarding and training and jHubs relationships with external stakeholders and investors.

Joined as employee number 9, and within 3 months became CEO following the departure of the founder. Managed a crisis period to keep the team together, lead a Series A funding round, and acquire 6 more customers and find a permenant CEO to take the business forward.
