Are you looking to develop your business internationally? I have worked in Egypt, Tanzania, Indonesia and Dubai. I've managed teams from Kazakhstan to South Africa and have both a strong global network and an understanding of the challenges presented to a business trying to grow internationally.
Cost Management and Restructure Support
Any business needs to ensure an efficient cost structure. I will work with you to review your cost base and find ways you can achieve your aims with a lower cost base.
I won't just provide a report and run- if you need support through the challenges of restructure, I'll help you see it through.

Kai was established in 2023 to play its part in protecting the Ocean. We aim to work with amazing technology innovators to create an integrated ocean monitoring solution.
As CFO, my main focus to date has been to develop strategy, lead fundraising and build a back office.
Strategy Development- Plymouth College
In my role as governor, I have spent the past few months working with Plymouth College to develop a medium term strategy.

Chief Financial Officer- SureChill
I supported a UK SME to bring its cooling technology to the African market.

Regional CFO- International SOS
Located in Jakarta and Dubai. Managed teams in Indonesia and in EEMEA region. Led finance, IT and Supply Chain teams.

Commercial Manager- Globeleq
I provided commercial leadership for two power stations in Egypt and Tanzania.
- led integration of newly acquired assets into group structure
- supported $70m project debt restructure
- oversaw debt recovery with Tanzanian government
- managed insurance renewal and claims
- oversaw CSR work.
Audit Assistant Manager- PwC
I started my career in the London office of PwC, working on audits of companies ranging from British American Tobacco to the Ritz.
Secured my ACA qualification in 2001 and remain a Fellow of the ICAEW to this day.
