Chartered Surveyor
Key achievements include developing and implementing asset management strategies for multi-million pound property portfolios; obtaining a Diploma in Arbitration; acting as an expert witness in court; and the digitisation of workflow systems in three companies.
Non-Executive Director/Board Advisor/Chair
Reviewed and modernised governing documents in several organisations. Advised on moving an in-person Annual General Meeting with 200 voting members online during the Covid-19 pandemic. As Chair of Trustees, led the recruitment of a new CEO for a disability charity.
Trainer
I have been training since 2009, designing and delivering workshops and academies across the UK and in Europe. As Head Trainer of a European Leadership Academy in 2022, I was responsible for the design and delivery of the four-day academy, overseeing two training teams of 16 people.
Public Speaking
Member of advanced speaking and debating clubs, regularly delivering speeches, evaluations and facilitating meetings. Participated in debating competitions on three continents. Placed third in Toastmasters District 91 (UK South) evaluation competition.
