Head of People & Talent
Having 10 years of experience in the internal talent space, I've successfully grown startups & scale-ups and implemented scalable people/talent practices. I've helped grow a fintech company (Comma) from 7 employees to over 50 in 6 months, whilst scaling from 100 to ~400 within another fintech.

Chief of Staff
