Currently producing and hosting a podcast, talking to folks with atypical careers about how they do what they do, over some rum to bring out the Trini (Trinidad) rum shop vibes and 'ole' talk.
Project managed multiple ERP implementations in different industries, tech and legal. Adapted and created workflows, and customised systems, led user testing and pulled it all together by developing and delivering training workshops to complete the implementation.
Built scalable business & people operations for hyper-growth
Built scalable business & people operations for a hypergrowth tech startup after a $12M series A. Operations included recruitment of 120 people in a year, multi-site management, ~30 Tier 2 visas, managed office & facilities teams, and built the company intranet, and NetSuite implementation.
Devised and implemented a job redesign and upskill programme for a secretarial team of 50 people. With the secretarial team's input, we created career growth, redefined roles and increased client and employee satisfaction.
Created and implemented D, E, I programming and policies. This included a published multimedia guide to allyship, successful reverse mentoring, an equity-based approach to recruitment, inclusion training, and increasing our knowledge and access by engaging in external networks.
I adapted The Lion King choreography and staging for the first Autism friendly West End performance. This adapted performance is now performed annually to Autistic audience members and their families. I consulted on other shows adaptations - Aladdin, Frozen, Matilda, Wicked, Mary Poppins
