BEO is a new independent, national Black civil rights organisation created to dismantle systemic racism in Britain, drive generational change and deliver better lived experiences for Black people across the country.

The role

The F100 Growth Fund is a Sky funded programme targeted at Black founders in the UK. We will offer the founders access to finance of up to £15k, potential onboarding onto Sky’s supply chains and investor networking opportunities.

We also want to support the founders with mentors who meet any or all of the following:

• Are committed to and excited about the prospects of shaping the next generation of founders and entrepreneurs.
• Are willing to share their knowledge and networks to upskill the founders, expand and accelerate the growth of their businesses.
• Have experience setting up technology driven and/or digitally enabled businesses
• Have experience of successful fundraising: business angels, venture finance, seed funding, loan financing etc
