This often includes operational ramp-up/stabilising, target operating model alignment, delivering high value projects, defining and executing strategy, sourcing key strategic partnerships and driving growth.

A highly proficient commercial operator, I am comfortable setting and owning large budgets and cost centres, driving cost reduction, P&L management. I am also experienced handling partnerships of all sizes from biz dev leads through to commercial negotiation and account management.
I've managed and directed several complex and large scale transformation, new partnership and product launches. Interfacing with external tech partners, corporate clients/businesses, internal product, tech and operational teams. Transparent communication is essential, from c-suite to developer.
There is a bucket that amalgamates a number of skills and functions often referred to as business ops. This can include special projects, office moves, fundraising support, company strategy, alignment sessions, OKRs ect... I have lots of experience and can bring to the table in this category.
If I'm not walking my anxious lockdown dog, Hendrix's (named after the gin), at the theatre or travelling the world, you will find me creating something. I'm currently in full house renovation mode, I also paint, up-cycling furniture & recently started creating what I like to call "organic" pottery!
