Experiences
Chief of Staff & COO of Tech Start Up
I joined a tech start up delivering a risk intelligence platform just after a seed fundraise as a CoS. I then helped grow the company in terms of staff, product offering and revenue across a period of 2 years up to the point of series A.
Big 4 consultancy
Post leaving the military I joined KPMG, initially providing project management and leadership/change advice internally within the firm, and then as part of a multi firm, global transformation project. This exposed me to Agile and Lean PM techniques and the intricacies of a multinational corporate.
British Army Officer
I was luck to train and deploy on active operations as a reconnaissance and armoured surveillance specialist whilst operating as a leader in the armed forces. This included working with the United Nations, the 5 eyes intelligence community and briefing to ministerial level.
