Having 25+ years of marketing experience in consumer financial services, telecommunications, advertising and publishing, eCommerce and digital consumer businesses and marketplaces, I have deep knowledge across multiple industries, especially in D2C/B2C.
As the CMO of a multi-national eCommerce business, I grew sales from 50M in sales to 120M in 3 years through improved marketing channel performance, brand awareness, customer experience and customer segmentation, which also led to higher life-time value.
Led the brand transformation of a digital consumer business, including rebranding, improved understanding of the customer, developing improved messaging and tone of voice, and moving from a House of Brands to a Branded-House, unlocking brand equity in the process.
