Head of Growth @ Modular Housing Start-up
This role was a combination of Strategic Business Development, stakeholder engagement, public affairs, and providing counsel to the CEO.
Modular housing is an advanced form of construction, where modules are built and fabricated offsite, leading to less time on site, less waste and higher quality.
Head of MMC Policy @ DLUHC
I worked in Central Government as Policy lead on Modern Methods of Construction within the UK. I worked across Government and alongside industry stakeholders in the built environment to take forward objectives, policy and implement the MMC strategy. NED Board Member at The Barnet Group, a Local Authority Trading Company owned by London Borough of Barnet.
Responsible for setting the strategic direction of the group, ensuring this aligns with the councils priorities, as well as monitoring performance and budgets. Audit and Risk committee member.

Mentor on the Housing Diversity Network mentoring programme. I was paired with a colleague from a Housing Association.
I participated in Action Learning sets, workshops, uncovering strengths, drivers and values, how to deal with challenge and the opportunity of change.
Mentoring Students
I've been a mentor for the last year with M10. Their programme offers schools the opportunity to implement the Gatsby Benchmarks.
The Programme lasts 10 months, provides students with regular opportunities to build their understanding of attitudes, skills and mindset needed to be successful in work.
