Built a Professional Services organisation to underpin Sitecore's license revenue growth by assuring successful implementations and enabling the partner ecosystem. Created and executed business plan, packaged and launched a portfolio of service products increasing ACV, attach rates and revenue.

Leadership, business transformation and commercial
Oracle:Accountable for end to end account relationships and exceeding renewal/expansion targets. Designed and implemented an end-to-end Customer Success framework to effectively manage the customer lifecycle from adoption to advocacy and growth.

Business leadership and transformation
As MD of Harte-Hanks EMEA conceived and led business turnaround and growth strategy. Transformed a one-centre unit (50 staff) into a pan-European integrated solutions business (5 European operations, 250 staff). Rebuilt, and then doubled annual revenue. Multi-functional and p&l ownership.
