I launched restaurant brand ‘adobo Mexican’ in 2010 which I successfully grew and exited in 2018, then became an advisor at Nova & Koa, an innovative online women’s handbag start-up; recently I completed an MSc in Entrepreneurship at UCL (First) whilst working with Tokenise, a pre-launch FinTech start-up on several launch-critical projects. I am currently looking to help founders of early-stage start-ups with their planning and growth strategies.
What I offer
Pre-launch / Start-up Growth Planning and Strategies
I am a serial entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in launching and advising early-stage start-ups – I feed off and enjoy the energy, excitement and dynamism this generates and am looking to assist new founders with the launch or early growth phase of their start-up.
I lead several launch-critical projects for Tokenise Brokerage to ensure the correct and robust systems are in place for the successful launch of their online trading platform.
Launched Somewhere (Nova & Koa), a successful start-up producing innovative fashion/multi-functional women’s handbags – I was responsible for the financial management of the company, and planning, and implementing its growth strategies.
I successfully planned, and launched a fast-casual restaurant brand called adobo Mexican which I grew to three Central London locations before exiting in 2018.
