Founder in Residence
Founder in Residence at the mission focused pre-seed VC Zinc. Assessed 5 opportunities within climate using hypothesis driven market research to test and validate different ideas. Raised pre-seed capital for an idea in circularity and launched Iterum in 2023.
Head of Strategy
Working closely with executive team at Cazoo I led projects on corporate strategy, M&A, new country and product launches as well owning the company wide OKR process. Key highlights include launching Cazoo's online car buying service and launching Cazoo Spain & Italy
Chief of Staff
Employee No. 3; building Europe’s largest car subscription platform Drover; growing from £0 to £30m revenue and 180 employees. As Chief of Staff I lead key projects such as £10m debt raise and transforming operating model from a marketplace to owning asset
Strategy Consultant
Worked with a range of clients as part of consulting firm EY and as an independent across the TMT and public sector. Focused of projects included corporate strategy, venture building, cost reduction, and operating model redesign
VP Commercial and Operations
Led commercial and operations at Drover; working with a team of 30 to build out the supply, customer credit and insurance side of the marketplace. Onboarded enterprise level vehicle suppliers including Toyota & BMW as well as launching an insurance product with MunichRe.
Chair of Governors
Currently chair of governors at Holmeigh Primary school in Hackney; where we have had to go through a number of changes in relation to budgets and teaching staff changes. Busily prepping for the next Ofsted inspection!
