I developed these skills at Accenture and honed them in sales operations at Google over 14 yr.

Led a team to transform aspects of sales operations, including revenue acceleration, large deal-making execution, and embedding of Generative AI into workflows.

Transformation of Customer Support, Google Ads

Transformed customer support via roll-out of real-time Ads (Adwords) troubleshooting channels to customers - chat, phone, email. Involved rewrite of product support team's operating model and extensive change management.

Outcomes - 90+% customer satisfaction; savings of 40 FTE in sales team effort.

Scaled Selling of Google Ads

Optimisation of scaled customer selling across 1200 sellers globally - generated sales leads; created sales-friendly pitch collateral with training support; provide reporting and insights to continually optimise process.

Outcomes - 40% of revenue growth; pitch velocity increased by 80%.

Developed Blueprint for Lead Generation

Developed a process blueprint for generating high quality leads based on the organisation's strategic annual & quarterly sales plan, and providing them to seller supported by curated, customer-friendly sales materials.

Transformation of Insurance Claims

Transformation of Insurance Claims

Delivery lead for rollout of multi-million euro claims management process and system to improve process efficiencies, quality control and compliance. Acted as IT sponsor and partnered with Claims Director, business sponsor.

Outcome - 20% efficiency gains in Claims dept, saving 50-80 FTE of effort.
