I help people find meaning in their careers and fully explore their career potential. In my experience, I have worn the hats of a public speaker, operations manager, product strategist, talent analyst or local barista. I usually describe myself as a mathematician by training, and an entrepreneur at heart. Among other projects, I currently help The Portfolio Collective build the future of work - specifically in how our client operations.
What I offer
Helping portfolio professionals land work
Supporting portfolio professionals along their journey, and helping clients tap into our community of experts. I am the point of contact for all startups and scaleups looking for our consulting services. Do reach out if you are a portfolio professional looking for your next gig.
I can put my analytical hat on to set up processes when there are none, turn scrappy processes in well-oiled machines, and overall ensure that trains run on time. Some of the tools in my toolkit are no-code automation, systems thinking and community-led growth.
I help young people find their own ikigai. I believe we live in a complex world in which challenges won't be overcome by sector expertise and hard skills only. I have delivered leadership and career growth seminars at schools, workshops, events in the UK and Europe.
From fractional & mentoring client services to full-time headhunting, I built and scaled the client operations here at TPC. I constantly try new ways to help our community land work - and leverage technology to do so more and more effectively. For info, take a look at our Venture Consulting pages.
I inspired 2K+ high school students to achieve their academic best by teaching them how to effectively apply techniques to consistently get top marks. And have some fun along the way. I have delivered study skills seminars at 100+ different high schools across the UK, to audiences of 150+ students.
Empowering more and more people nurture their digital skills through a community of online learners. I took care of both our partnerships and our cohorts' journey: that is, ensuring that everybody who signs up for our (free for all!) programme gets the best learning experience, always ✨
Yes... I'm a coffee geek. As such, I have spent a good part of the last 5 years brewing coffee - often for leisure, sometimes professionally. I have good connections within the speciality coffee scene in London, Turin, and Rome, and I occasionally throw private coffee tasting parties.
