I am the founder and director of Lucent Search, an exec search firm specialising in AI, fintech, cyber and consultancy sectors. Previously I established the Talent function at Modulr and headed up executive search teams and talent functions for scale-ups in AI. Many of the teams I've built have led companies through successful exits and subsequent funding rounds. I also host The Lucent Perspective, a technology leadership podcast.
