I spent seventeen years brilliant with Nike and the adidas group, most latterly as global go-to market director for Reebok in Boston MA. I wanted to take all this knowledge and be able to help more business grow and scale.. I founded Sports Business Growth in 2018 and I now work with companies to develop growth strategies, go-to-market and marketing strategies and plans. I also teach through workshops and coach and mentor marketing teams.

Uk Active who are a member service body for the sports and leisure industry, I created a marketing strategy for them along with two campaigns. Working with the CEO and SLT teams I developed a focused plan that supported the business plan and would deliver against their commercial objectives.
Won a European Marketing Campaign award as Uk and Ireland Senior Brand Marketing Manager for one of my Easytone campaigns. Launched this new product into the UK and Ireland market and grew sales to £12m. Managed excess stock during market maturity and saturation whilst maintaining brand equity.
Global Strategic Partnership Launch - Reebok & Les Mills
Grew a this new partnership revenue from $0 - $11m in less than two years via e-commerce, affiliates and selected retail distribution partners. Supported the global launch of the partnership with key city activations and press events. GTM range management and margin targets to commercialise.
Support the UK Head of Kathmandu to develop a marketing strategy and plan. Working with sales and key retailers I developed a focused plan that would deliver on budget and sustain growth for the future. Identified key influencers, events and strategic partnerships.

Working with the CEO and team, I helped to develop their brand strategy mission vision which are now displayed in their receptionCreated an employee on boarding handbook. Developed a marketing plan, coached on asset activation, sales forecasting, product launch planning and range architecture.
Created the UK and Ireland Marketing Strategy for the activation of the Global Crossfit Partnership. London PR Launch and competition with celebrities ambassadors. Created the Reebok Fittest UK and Ireland Campaign, engaging competitors buidling up to the final at the Bull Ring in Birmingham.
Workshop delivery on Marketing Strategy with the Digital Marketing Hub
As part of a digital marketing course offered to CIMPSA members, I was asked to deliver a session on marketing strategy. Many of the attendees were junior level up to marketing managers. I gave them a clear process I have developed that helps them work through methodically the elements that matter.
I have developed a GTM sprint course to support founders with their investor readiness and pitch decks. This course covers all aspects and checkpoints that go into creating a successful plan. Taking learnings from my years at Nike and Adidas and tailoring this to work for startups.
I was part of the panel at the Everything in Sport Powerplay event in London where over twenty startups pitched their businesses. The event is sponsored by Under Armour and Stadia Ventures. I also provided feedback on their GTM strategies.
