SistersIN - Supported the start up of a new Charity
As a consultant, supported the launch of the SistersIN Charity in Norther Ireland, which last year helped build leadership skills for girls aged 16 with support of business mentors. Created the business plan, fundraising strategy, 3 year financial plan, programme toolkit, marketing and impact report
Strategy Consultant - LEAD Network - Step changing gender equality
Led the development of both the organisation-wide and product strategy for the LEAD Network, a non-profit driving gender equality in consumer goods and retail. Carried out competitive benchmarking, explored commercialisation options and designed the product development roadmap and framework.
