Frontline.Live - Crisis response data platform

Driving and managing strategy and partnerships for a start-up charity; which built an open-source, rapid response data platform allowing those on the frontline to report shortages in times of crisis. Initially created for Covid-19 PPE shortages, we are now repurposing for other crisis situations.

Taking a single shop retail business with a turnover less than £500k. First focusing on the customer. Then turning it into a multi million pound business with a full digital commerce suite, saas supported operating functions, wholesale accounts and pop-ups in 8 other locations within 2 years.
