About Yoxly

Yoxly is a UK med-tech venture on a mission to simplify, normalise, and destigmatise sexual health. Sexual health is a universal need which largely goes unmet, due to a lack of awareness, barriers to service access, and feelings of shame. Consequently, STI rates continue to rise, reaching record highs and coming at a significant cost, both to individuals and healthcare systems. Yoxly is here to change that, aiming to do for sexual health what has been done for mental health over the last few years. We know it’s something people want, having amassed a community of over 1.2 million social media followers (handle: @yoxlyhealth) in under 12 months.

The role

We are looking to increase our remote diagnostics revenue by partnering with more B2B/enterprise clients. We currently offer various at-home STI testing packages to consumers and businesses, with a bespoke results, tech and reporting platform that can be quickly and easily customised to suit clients’ needs.

Key responsibilities

We’re looking for a seasoned professional/key decision maker  with a working knowledge in B2B health-tech sectors, to help Yoxly identify, develop proposals for, and progress commercial partnership opportunities in or with:
  • UK health charities (e.g. Family Planning Association, NUPAS)
  • Telehealth companies (e.g. online GPs)
  • Private healthcare organisations (e.g. fertility clinics)
  • Private medical insurers (e.g. Vitality)
 

Must haves

The ideal candidate will be familiar with major market players and key stakeholders in one or more of the verticals detailed above, including significant pain points, priorities, and objectives. Additionally, they’d bring to the table industry knowledge and relevant experience (e.g. board membership, M&A involvement, leading partnerships or business development strategies) to leverage their network and initiate friendly discussions with potential B2B clients. The goal is to assist with identifying promising B2B leads, creating compelling and relevant use cases, refining our solution’s positioning, and preparing B2B proposals to share or present.   

Remuneration

Compensation commensurate with experience, in the form of an hourly rate, supplemented by a success fee.
