SaaS MVP in Bubble
Working with a seed funded startup of Research and ML specialists to turn their consultancy-oriented process into a SaaS product. In-depth product discovery sessions led to a Figma design and an MVP build on the Bubble.io No Code platform, which they can rapidly iterate on to hone with customers.
Team CanDo - CTO
Two days a week I am working as CTO at Team CanDo, Tide founder George Bevis's startup incubator, providing technical guidance for a range of interesting projects aiming to make the world a better place.
Mentoring with Black Valley
I've been really enjoying mentoring with Black Valley, an organisation dedicated to supporting the world's best Black talent and startups. I've worked with several incredible Startup Founders to help get their ideas off the ground, and mentored several Developers starting out on their careers.

Co-founder of Masabi Ltd
Founded Masabi and grew it into a multi-award winning 185 person transit fare collection B2B2C SaaS pioneer with 100+ customers in 10 countries, a billion dollar run rate and funding from Accel KKR and Mastercard. Acted as CTO and then CPO. Crosslake rated the tech platform very highly in tech DD.
NED at Pinga
I supported rapid delivery company Pinga as a Non-Executive Director, from shortly after conception through to exit.
Masabi Analytics
Built out a fully functioning realtime data analytics tool in D3.js as a side project, to plug a competitive gap at Masabi that became apparent doing Presales. It became a key part of the Justride software suite for several years until the functionality was subsumed into the main platform.
Photography
When I'm not working I like to shoot photos - mainly long exposure/low light, astro and travel photos. I used to do a lot of club photography and occasionally shoot weddings and events.
I shoot with a Canon R5 (the eye detection and manual focus hints are game changing!) and a DJI Mavic Pro 2.
