What we are looking for 
We are looking for a skilled community/investor relations manager to join our fast-growing team. If you are a self-driven with a passion for tech and ambition to match, we would love to meet you! We are looking for someone with social media, marketing, community, relationship management, and event experience.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and help build and manage our growing community of industry experts, advisors and investors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining the community both on and offline.
This role requires the candidate to have the ability to engage audiences on a variety of outlets, including online forums, social media platforms, in-person groups etc.
You will be forward thinking with an adaptable approach to your work and the ability to take initiative and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
As a Community Relations Manager you will 
- Implement communication campaigns and strategies.
- Manage communications including newsletters, LinkedIn, and other community engagement tools.
- Provide engaging text, image and video content for all social media and professional accounts.
- Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews.
- Organise and manage community, investor, and portfolio events to boost brand awareness.
- Structure updates for both our NoBa Connect and our subset of members who are part of the investor group.
- Manage our CRM system – currently using Hubspot.
- Outreach and engage new potential community members and investors.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and partners.
Key traits we are looking for 
- Ability to self-start and get stuck in from the first day.
- Have a professional and positive can-do attitude with proven work experience as a community manager or similar role.
- Experience planning and leading community initiatives.
- Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs.
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- Hands on experience with social media management
- Ability to interpret website traffic.
- Knowledge of online marketing.
- Attention to detail, critical-thinker, and problem-solver.
