Experiences

Tokenised Gold Product Launch
Delivering innovation in Digital Assets. Launched a first-of-its-kind offering in Hong Kong allowing customers to invest in physical gold via digital tokens issued on a distributed ledger. Led project team from inception to prototyping and product launch, including regulatory approvals.

Global Project Delivery
As a Project Manager with experience on global projects, I lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. With a keen eye on navigating diverse cultures, I foster collaboration, mitigate risks and drive execution. In 2019 implemented HSBC's Banking-as-a-Service partnership with Oracle.

Operations Strategy & Management
I managed and tracked delivery of an £80m reduction in global operations' cost base at Barclays, representing 33% of the annual cost base. I also supported operating model design with a focus on eliminating duplicative activities and the offshoring of 50 roles from global offices to India.

Culture Assessment in Banking
The culture of an organisation influences the way in which its people behave. In this project I ran focus groups across UK banks and building societies to assess the impact of technology and digital transformation on employee motivation, decision making, accountability and willingness to speak up.
