I played a pivotal role in the UK launch of Top Gear Series 25, collaborating with BBC Worldwide teams for global success - a key element of this being the shift from core petrol-heads to a broader entertainment audience, leading to increased viewership across linear and on-demand platforms.
I led a transformative project, defining Auto Trader's brand purpose from the ground up and then embedded this across a 1,500-strong organisation, ensuring it was demonstrated across all internal and external touch points.
I orchestrated the successful UK and EMEA launch of the kid’s online world, Club Penguin, assuming the role of European franchise lead. My efforts extended to developing franchise extensions across plush, publishing, video games, and TV, while also securing notable 3rd party partnerships.
