I help businesses undertaking digital transfomation. Business change has many impacts. Through workshops, interviews and with documentation techniques I can help a business gain a full view of current practices or assess the future impact of changes.
National Risk Assurance Management Platform Improvement
A national operational assurance platform had become unstable and was not optimised for the business. Through a review of current workflows and understanding the plans of the business I created an improved re-design of the entire platform, resolving current problems and future proofing the system.
Global Third Party Risk Management Platform Design
A large project, with a dozen stakeholders and weeks of workshops, I designed a Third Party Risk Management platform for a global pharmaceutical company. I ensured the design would work for all end users, supported with developing improved business function and maximised automation.
Investigating the data operation of over 20 internal systems, I undertook an end-to-end review of global communication surviellance system processes and data quality. Gap analysis against regulatory requirements identified areas for improvement and enabled further funding from the business.
Business Process Automation and Data Visualisation
Working with a complex data driven process used by a team of over 100 people, I automated an end-to-end process in order to reduce manual effort and enable the real-time reporting of progress. This involved understanding the data and business need, developing automations and rolling out to a team.
I provide finance support as a NED to a local charity who have 5 members of staff and ~£200k turnover. I developed the financial reporting to the board and give regular financial guidance and oversight whilst continuing to support developing and improving financial functions within the charity.
I supported the implementation of the HR platform Element Suite to a charity who provide a variety of services with 200 employees. I helped the charity with discovering and documenting the areas of impact across the business, identifying dependancies, requirements and rolling out testing.
