Why should you join TPC’s Mentorship Programme?

Thousands of new businesses are being created every day, and many of the leaders in these companies are finding if difficult to navigate the complexities and complications of the different business growth stages. In larger organisations, leaders are struggling to adapt to the ever-increasing pace of change. This is where good mentors can really help.
According to Forbes, mentored companies grow 3.5x faster and raise 7x more money. But finding an effective mentor is hard – especially one with the practical experience and emotional intelligence needed to understand the real-world problems leaders face. When you join our Mentorship Programme, you gain the knowledge, network and confidence you need to become a great mentor to entrepreneurial leaders.

How it works
Our Mentorship Programme is an 8-week course with two weekly expert-led sessions, plus a 30-minute check-in every Friday. You’ll be expected to spend 8-10 hours each week attending sessions, doing assignments, collaborating with peers and mentoring your appointed pro bono mentee (who will be a founder or similarly entrepreneurial business leader).
We’ll provide you with all the insight you need to become an impactful mentor, with modules that cover everything from emotional intelligence and financial management to fostering leadership and enabling growth.Â
Cohort 7 is running from 4th February – 28th March 2025
Cohort 8 is running from 13th May – 4th July 2025

Requirements for the programme
We’re looking for mentors with experience building, growing or pivoting a business, which is why you’ll be asked to submit an application for review before we can offer you a place on our next cohort.
The course costs £2,500 and includes focused learning, pro-bono mentoring, accreditation and access to our exclusive accredited mentor network.
We're looking for...
- Senior leadership experience in entrepreneurial organisations
- A fast learner, capable of making clear recommendations in ambiguous situations
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
- Capacity to engage with the programme fully throughout (around 8 hours per week)

Ben Legg
Ben is the CEO of TPC. He’s an engineer, author, army veteran and the former COO of Google Europe. He has a thriving portfolio career supporting entrepreneurs and investors.
Stephanie Dotto
Stephanie is the Head of Content and Learning at TPC, specialising in content strategy, research and SEO. She’s passionate about storytelling and teaching others to discover their creative prowess.
Fiona Chorlton-Voong
Fiona is the COO of TPC. She’s a founder, mentor, marketing and brand strategist and MBTI coach. She has a talent for leveraging technology and helping others succeed.
